Pure Air connects to compatible Xiaomi-family, Smartmi, Viomi, and other purifiers that expose the encrypted local MIoT/miIO protocol.

Before connecting

For local mode, keep the iPhone and purifier on the same Wi-Fi network and allow Local Network access.
Use a 32-character local token from a compatible pairing flow. Pure Air never asks for a brand account password.
For relay mode, use an HTTPS endpoint that implements the documented device-list, telemetry, and command routes.
To explore the interface without a purifier, choose Explore demo data on the setup screen.

What to include when requesting help

Note your iPhone model, iOS version, purifier family/model, connection method, and the exact step where the issue occurs. Do not share a purifier token or relay bearer token in a support request.
